Anne (Threads of Distinction) and Kathryn (Just for You) have decided to combine their talents, wit, and interests to form "Threads of Distinction Just for You". Then we decided that our name would make us to hard to find. "Sew" we came up with "Sew a Thread", hopefully easy to remember and easy to find. This is not only a business for us but it's our passion. Combined we have close to 10 machines that we keep busy most of the time. We have fun and enjoy creating with our embroidery machines, sewing machines and sergers. We enjoy working together and have found that "two heads are better than one". We think that together we can bring you creative works to fit your personality whether its for a gift or an expression for a special occasion or a shirt with your logo. We hope that you will help us feed our habits and creativity.

Company history

in developement! as the combination of "Threads of Distinction" and "Just for You" is new, we both have some history to contribute in the building of this endeavor. Kathryn has had an embroidery business for a number of years though she continued working another job. Anne has for years created through a variety of textile mediums, from weavings to quilts. She has exhibited in numerous shows throughout the years winning a number of awards. Each artist has expanded their interest and talents now combining to bring an even more exciting dimension to our art. Stay tuned as we grow and develop!
